About her
I've been caring for my mother who passed away at 100 + 7 months in October, 2020. I am now starting a new phase of my life. My central passion is as a writer and musician. My work has been published (I'm not just fussing around). My formal training was as a cellist/composer. and now my musical passions are classical and global authentic ethnic music (ethnomusicology, not fusion).Basically I'm an expressive artist of various media and am compulsively creative. That's my central core. I've also been a professional chef, a graphologist and artist. Yes. Done a lot of things, but all of them well. I am far too insecure to keep doing something I don't do well. My sense of humor is deep, overactive and has carried me through many trials still thriving and happy to be here. I derive primal joy from thinking, so a hot date for me is sitting down with a like minded person with the OED spread before us -- maybe a cup of coffee, tea or half a glass of good wine. I could go on, but by this age, everything has a back story and there's no room for this here. I do write wonderful emails.

Has to be highly intelligent (don't like saying that, but what the heck). Interested in art, reading and culture, not afraid or too repressed to be playful. Here, have some adjectives: creative, articulate, expressive, positive, deep, responsible, kind, compassionate, empathetic, progressive politically (you don't have to shout it but it's a basic mind set), ethical -- very important, loving, cooperative, adventurous attitude toward food, communicative, introspective, perceptive (but not too perceptive. No one wants someone else to know how crazy they are). I do not like to argue or fight, but discussions about anything and everything are the best way to resolve problems. As you can surmise from the above, a sense of humor is going to be vital and an active mind will keep us all alive and aware.
