I think people find me caring, considerate, patient and a good listener. Definitely not a party animal but happy chatting amongst friends and family.
I keep fit with a RowERG, though I much prefer to be outdoors, walking or cycling. Three months spent looking after my mother's Patterdale reignited my interest in discovering country walks around my old home town.
I have a wide musical taste, and there's usually music playing in the background at home.
I have two wonderful step-sons, and now four grandchildren.
Circumstances have allowed me to retire earlier than I expected, so I'm hoping to get out of the house more and spend time exploring new places.
People seem to like doggy pictures, so I've added one of me and Morris. Not my dog, but he adopts me every time I visit and won't rest till he's upside down on the chair next to me!!
