My friends describe me as funny, eclectic, chatty but knows when to shut up and listen and ever so slightly alternative (in a good way!) I am friendly, open and like getting to know people - I like to have a laugh and I like people who share my sense of humour - I can be quite dry and pithy! My friends tell me I have a welcoming demeanour which draws people towards me - I think my beaming smile may have something to do with it! I like to read, cross stitch and catch up with friends - I like the garden but not gardening! I used to go Molly Dancing(no sniggering at the back please) and I was a dab hand at martial arts in my younger days. I enjoy good conversation and am always up for an animated discussion, but not arguments. I live life fairly simply and am not one for grand gestures just to make a point - I see myself as quite chilled. I'd like to be remembered with a smile.

I like people with a sense of humour who make me laugh. I'm not a judgemental person and I wouldn't want to see that in a person I met. I don't cope with bullishness very well and would like it if anyone I met was in touch with a softer side of themselves.
