I'm a dad of 2 young boys, relatively new to the world of online dating, have tried with other sites but the mind set on most of them is not what I'm looking for.
I'm a hard working man but I do like to unwind with tv or music, I have a varied likes and dislikes for both.
I have a major defining aspect of being a geek, I collect things and have many fandoms as well as running online groups and gaming is also something of a love of mine.
I've had my fair share of issues that have defined me in the past, but now I'm going through a divorce, my outlook of life is one of life is what you make of it. If you don't try you don't get.
I'm a very romantic wine and dine type guy, I like to know somebody and miss the old ways of meeting someone and chatting to them. But as time has changed, so must I.
There is so much more to tell, but the open ended side of the profile should be what draws someone in. It's pointless to lay my life story out for all the world to see, there needs to be intrigue and there needs to be a sense of wonder about someone.

The woman that I'd be looking for would be hard to describe, my life is a complex one, I've been through good and bad with people and recently find myself wanting more from life than a fling or something trivial. I want to be able to find someone that has shared interests, someone who accepts me for who I am and doesn't want a project. I am looking for someone who understands me and wants to be with the person I am, not what I could be.
I'm independent and would like the same in a partner, but I also want someone who I can just call up and tell about something just because, someone I can spontaneously ask to dinner without there being ulterior motives to do so.
I would also be looking to find someone who's passionate as well, someone who loves cuddling and kissing as much as I do and doesn't object to being held at night.

I've known Mike for many years, he's an old friend but we still keep in touch. We go way back to when we were in collage together, he was always the sweet guy buying gifts for girls and he knew how to make a girl swoon. Probably still does. We never dated, but aside from being a lovely man and doting dad, if you were to meet him, it's all in his eyes.
