Hello. Rather than list a string of adjectives trying to convince you that I’m thoroughly fabulous, I thought I’d just tell you what I’ve been up to recently. If any of it resonates, drop me a message! The start of this week was a busy one with work. I love what I do and I do much of it from home. I had book club with 7 local friends I’ve known for almost 30 years. I painted the island I made for my kitchen. I made 2 curries (I love to cook and used to live in India so Indian food is a favourite). The fun began when I picked up one of my best friends from the airport a couple of days ago. We ate and drank and laughed. I worked with her in the Middle East in the ‘80s and nothing’s changed. For Christmas, my son (lives overseas, is amazing and gives good gift) gave me 2 tickets to a show so off we went to London. Had lunch with my daughter (smart, successful, a lot of fun) and then sang along badly for a couple of hours. Right now, watching Ireland slay Scotland in the rugby. Looking forward to Twickers next week - on TV sadly as I don’t have tickets this time. That’s me.
