About her
I am friendly and sociable, but also quite thoughtful. I guess I like people who are the same! I enjoy all the arts, nature, travel to interesting places, and have an eclectic taste in music, loving a mixture of classical, world and contemporary. I would like to share this interest with someone else.
I find dancing is really joyful and go to a great salsa class at the moment, always happy to explore creative and social opportunities but I do need to chill at times by the sea, or a river, or in the mountains!
I would like to go skiing again, I am not that good but like to be in the mountains exploring fairly gentle slopes. The pandemic put a stop to skiing plans so I have been doing yoga to try and keep fit and I want to visit the mountains again this year.
My work has been as an art teacher, working in education but also in a range of community and therapeutic settings. This work has been a pleasure, but I am winding down from it now and taking time to develop on my own work at the moment- which is also a pleasure.
This is a time in my life that brings greater freedom to pursue my interests but also to be open to new experiences and maybe different locations -hopefully with someone kind and with creative interests too.
