I begin each day with yoga and exercise.
I enjoy being creative in my home and garden in Bath but equally enjoy days exploring cities, walking, taking a picnic on a bike ride, spending time by the beach preferably punctuated with a delicious glass of something special and a healthy but thoughtful bite to eat.
I have enjoyed a varied and interesting personal and professional life enabling me to travel and pursue many challenges. I am a conscientious character, I try to my best to achieve my very best in all aspects of my life but equally I need to relax and be 'playful'.
