I am not bored or lonely. I have a job I love, plenty of interests, but....I miss someone to share all this with. Finding joy in simple pleasures and support when things are hard.
I have a dog and cat, enjoy riding, dancing, walking and being in the garden. I cook and like to spend time with friends.
I am in the process of buying a house which will need renovating.
I am excited about the next phase of my life- but I would never have expected to be looking for a 'partner' on a dating website. Perhaps this makes me a bit out-of-date?

This may only become apparent after spending time with a person. There has to be a certain chemistry-an intelligence and understanding. An ability to find humour in the everyday and to be interested and flexible. A person who has interests and friends/family - someone who cares.
