Originally from Denmark, but have lived and worked in different countries. Hazelnuts in Caucasus/Georgia, Tuna fishing in Cape Town, IT outsourcing from Tokyo, some years in Zimbabwe and tume in Kapstad, NYC.
I am a keen cook in cuisines like Italian, French, Scandi, Japanese, etc. Some taught when I was brought up, some picked up on my way around the world. Always keen to try new dishes, new wines, etc.
