I am a curious about most things; each day is an opportunity to learn something about something.
I am mostly retired now with family being most important to me.
I enjoy cooking in many ways and languages, looking out for wildlife in the local Cotswold countryside and house/furniture projects in the workshop or the garden by the stream.
I have travelled quite widely and would like to do more, especially in Europe. I can speak a bit of French after a day or two there.
I am very amicably separated holding to traditional old-school values especially good manners, honesty and kindliness. I like helping people out, and love making anyone laugh. I am comfortable in my own space, and comfortable for a partner to have her space too. It’s when the spaces overlap the wondrous things happen.
Above everything, though, I am trying to do my bit in bringing up two teenage daughters.
