I'm 65, bubbly, young at heart who enjoys a laugh, going for long walks with my dog, theatre, music and meals out. I like Italian food, enjoys pub grub, long walks in the countryside or by the beach. I love to travel Britain and abroad
I'm honest, trustworthy, reasonably intelligent, easy going, reliable and I think I am a smart modern dresser.
I enjoy reading crime novels, period drama, but also books on history, which encourages my love of historical places whether that Britain or abroad.
My dislikes are heavy drinkers, (I enjoy social drinking) gamblers and unreliability is my pet hate.
I don't mind sports, even the odd football match.
I also love gardening and visiting gardens.

My match must be someone who has a sense of humour, likes some of the things I like, but also other interest. Be independent, but, like me, enjoy company. Average build and be taller than me, I'm 5.1.
Be honest, trustworthy and reliable and enjoy travel.
Like music 70's, 80's, soft rock, blues, reggae, soul, classical (optional, it's not for everyone), old jazz, but jam sessions are not for me and I detest country music.
Live within 40 miles of Halifax, be reasonably spontaneous, by that I mean I can call and ask do you fancy a day out or meal out.
My deal breaker would be someone who loves pet's and doesn't mind going on walks with me and my dog, and if you have a dog, it's friendly with other dogs.
