I like to look for the good in things, and value connections and philanthropy.
I am quietly confident and don't need to fit in with the crowd.
A friend describes me as quirky and perspicacious [I had to look it up].
I am passionate about fairness and equality, could happily listen to Brian Cox talk for hours about the wonders of the universe, and find Maggie Aderin-Pococks' enthusiasm completely captivating.
I also like strategy games, and favour being artistic, creative and musical over reality tv or plastic personalities. My latest creations are a patchwork crochet blanket, and cards based around the Ndebele tribe and my own drawings. I play the piano and am working on getting back to doing this well.
It shouldn't be a surprise that I like (some) classical music but also enjoy 70's and 80's pop, reggae/ska and on occasion I've also been known to listen to a bit of Eminem!
I work p/t so that it allows me time to follow another passion which is supporting families who have child/ren with S.E.N.

I don't mind what you do for work or hobbies, if you own your own home, rent or live in a tent. Work for a company or yourself, or are taking time out, like to go wild camping, spend your days curled up in a duvet or pursuing a hobby.
I lean left politically, and am looking to meet someone who lives in London, or close to North London (uk).
