My outlook on life is to try and make the most of it when the opportunity presents itself.
I enjoy eating out from fine wine dining to appetising food from many countries plus pub lunches.
My musical taste is quite diverse and I also enjoy going to the theatre if it’s something I really like.
I lived in the USA for 7 years just outside Chicago and enjoyed it very much until homesickness got the better of me! I have 7 grandchildren who all live quite near me so I am very fortunate to see them often.
My other interests include volunteering at a local primary school to hear children read plus Zumba and Line dancing and fitness classes!
I do have to admit to having a strong preference to holidaying in much warmer climates and really do not enjoy colder locations.
People tell me I smile a lot and have a fun, lighthearted attitude without being frivolous although I am very mindful of the more serious and concerning things in life today. I like to think I generally have a very open and balanced outlook to most things.

Someone not too dissimilar to my own outlook, ie is optimistic, fit, happy and secure and who enjoys many things including sharing travel, walking, dining out and cooking at home etc., but possibly like me, also has his own pursuits that he enjoys. I feel if we really enjoy each other’s company there is a natural willingness to want to happily compromise on certain things to please each other.
