Hello, and thank you for looking at my profile. Been single now for 5 years and thought it was time I dipped my toe in the water. I have my own house, most of my own teeth, and what hair that is left is mine!!
I am a former sailor with many years in the RN under my belt. I retired, but got bored and went back to work when offered a great job by a headhunter, and I am also studying for a PhD in my spare time. I have had to go back to work to pay for it, but I still have spare time!!!
I am involved in hockey over the winter and do my best to stay fit. I like to go cycling (e-bike - not cheating!!), ski, play tennis and golf, and go for walks on the beach. I managed to lose 24kgs over the past 4 years, and feel much better in myself.
I listen to Classic FM most of the day, and have a large CD collection of classical and other music, but do like other genres as well!. I like the theatre, particularly musical theatre, and cinema. I like to cook and BBQ. I used to be a skydiver, but I gave up after my 4,000th jump.
