Widowed 6 yrs after 50 yrs of marriage. Realising just how much I'm missing a woman's touch and companionship. Not looking for marriage but a steady friendship on a regular basis. Classical music, railways and travelling in the UK are my main interests but I enjoy tv and relaxing with a small malt occasionally. My family of daughter/son-in-law and two grown up grandchildren are important to me but live distantly, At 82 I still have a zest for life and remain active in mind and soul and maintain a wide sense of humour.
