About her
Might it just be possible that you and I are on the same wave length? Or at least almost on the same length?? This is what I am hoping and searching for. It's almost like finding a needle in the proverbial haystack!
I am a woman in her sixties with lots of energy and life in her yet, hoping to meet a kind, caring, affectionate, tactile, considerate, intelligent, and of course, attractive, man (I naturally consider myself to possess these particular qualities too!!) who shares a similar outlook on life and has similar interests, although not necessarily the same. Chemistry is all important in relationships as far as I’m concerned, and we won’t know if there is any between us unless we meet up. So I’m not going to waffle on too much about me as these things may be discovered through conversation and maybe a meeting. However, to be succinct, I lead a full, happy life with good friends and family connections, enjoying many interests and hobbies, mostly to do with the arts (music – Classical music especially but various other genres too, literature, theatre, visiting galleries etc) but I also enjoy the outdoors and keeping myself fit.
I have a pretty good social life but it would be nice not to always head home alone or not to have a plus one to take along in the first place. I have had good relationships in the past and really miss all that a close connection means. To me, single life at times feels a bit like living in monochrome whereas, if you are lucky enough to find the right person, your soulmate for want of a better expression, life can be lived in full and glorious technicolour! Well maybe not all the time but…. I’m hopeful......
All my photos, except one, were taken earlier this year and I’m afraid I have to tell you that I do not own one of the boats behind me in the photo taken near a marina in the south of France. I don’t live that sort of life however, I have a comfortable enough lifestyle and if you like what you have read and have seen so far do get in touch. It would be good to hear from you.

In addition to the qualities I have mentioned above I would hope to meet someone with a similar sense of humour who I can laugh and cry with, - well, hopefully not much crying unless of course they are tears of joy or hilarity! - who will make me laugh and who might also laugh at my take on things! Oh, and ideally he also needs to be able to give great hugs..........
