Life has been an exciting journey and really looking forward to the next chapter .May it be filled with friendship and love .I am nearly always positive(annoys my son 😂) , fun to be with as my good friends will tell you and incredibly tactile .Laughter is so important .Love my yoga/meditation and pilates which l do daily to keep fit and strong both mentally and physically .Healthy eating and taking care of myself is very important to me .Meditation has taught me acceptance which has been invaluable.Have an inquisitive mind and always interested in learning new things from books and people .Like to be on the pulse with current affairs and international news .Architecture/history/art /ballet/design/photography are of great interest to me as been involved in these subjects over the years.Had an interesting career and lots of stories to tell .Lived in Mainland Spain,Ibiza and Canada.
Music is a must .l use it in my treatments especially Classical as it allows me to escape and it also brings total relaxation to my clients.(massage cancer patients)who are suffering anxiety and fear. Been a therapist for 24 years .Really passionate about my work and the benefits it brings. Looking to hold workshops now on self help and facial yoga (as l am a teacher).Flexible with time .
My time now is to be cherished and enjoyed as my children (3) have well and truly flown the nest and forging there own lives and families ,so l am ready to share with a non judgemental kind man with an open heart who takes care of himself in body (keeping fit)and soul to be the last missing piece of my life’s jigsaw.
