About her
I am one of those nice people in life so I am told.
Fun to be with whilst also being authentic and caring.
I have a lot of get up and go, living life optimistically and enjoying my various passions.
I love to cycle around the hills of Kent and Surrey or further afield exploring Europe. This summer I am off to the French mountains and later Scotland coast to coast.
Most days I listen to a wide range of music genres and enjoy going to music concerts and festivals.
In a bid to exercise my brain I am working on improving my Spanish language skills. Not the most difficult language to learn it’s true, but it is quite stimulating. Maja is a Spanish colloquial term meaning an all-round good person to know.
Another passion is painting and drawing so I visit art museums occasionally as the whole world of art fascinates me.
Entertaining friends or family at home comes easily to me. I enjoy cooking and creating a relaxing atmosphere.
I like to travel near and far and have a genuine interest in appreciating the natural world. Later this year I am joining a group of friends to explore the history and natural beauty of Crete by foot and mountain bike.
My three daughters are now in their 20’s, well on their way in life and thriving in various careers. We’re quite a normal family really.
