In case you think my log in name means that I am half horse half man I'm not, I just thought it might make me the 'centaur' of your attention! (I have a mad sense of humour). Musically I have been a classical music presenter on my local community radio station since 2011 and I regularly do circuit training for over 50s. I go walking often which has included the Lake District, Scotland and the Scilly Islands as well as locally here in the Cotswolds where I did the ground work for a new walking route called the 'River Coln Trail' following an attractive minor tributary of the River Thames. This with the aid of other local walkers has just been published in a booklet . I am a 'non-religious' Christian and have been a member of the Christian Walking Club for over thirty years. If you have been following the ongoing international release of 'The Chosen' gospel stories (on dvd etc.) or know of Lee Abbey Centre by the Valley of the Rocks in North Devon then you wiil understand what that means.

It was Aristotle that came up with the principle of the four basic personality types, each has their strengths and weaknesses and of which I am primarily a combination of two i.e. the Phlegmatic/Melancholic. Without becoming too analytical this can be helpful in knowing oneself and others and that opposite/overlapping types often attract (see the book 'Personality Plus' by Florence Littauer for more on this) In practice what this means is that I am looking for someone who shares some of my interests (e.g. walking) and finding out what your different interests may be as well.

I have known roger for around 20years and enjoyed many walks and outings as well as holidays with him.
