About her
At the moment I divide my time between London and a stunningly beautiful part of Wales, in a thriving community on the edge of the beach (actually it's rather estuarine). Think intoxicatingly fresh air and an intricate ribbon of weather worn cliffs and secret coves. Wonderful to explore with my kayak or my small dinghy. I've recently renovated my house and love sourcing antique and salvaged bits and pieces for my home. My work provides me with a real sense of purpose; I’m a business psychologist and run my own consultancy but now creating time to write, travel, and idle. I have 3 wonderful daughters and I love reading, film, art, opera( patron of Welsh National Opera) and theatre. Happy being cultural and urban or at home cooking, laughing and eating with close friends, or outdoors,sailing, kayaking or walking my hound. People tell me I’m creative, fun to be with, generous and loving, kind and sensitive and good listener.
