About her
During the day you will find me using my skills (PA and admin) for some sort of charity or volunteer organisation, or creating stained glass (more in the winter), baking, gardening, playing pickle ball, attending the gym (yoga, pilates, + spinning 4 x week) , entertaining but not a lot of fun on your own, connecting with family and friends which is my favourite pastime. If the sun is shining I will be in the garden or on my bicycle or walking with friends and their dogs now I no longer have one. I live in cycling heaven in S Devon - mostly flat. Wordle and Times Quick Cryptic crossword completed over morning coffee. In the evening you will find me in the kitchen with a glass of something maybe finishing the last clue not completed earlier. Love entertaining but sadly not so much fun on ones own so probably watch too much tv. Am told am an excellent cook/host and have good wit and banter. Varied music in the background - from Coldplay to Mozart Requiem (absolute favourite) and everything in between. Choral music is a favourite. Tried a choir but didn't last......Exeter Chiefs rugby fun. Loving National Theatre Live which happens locally along with many other things - I live in a great community. Love company and hosting - breakfast outside in the sunshine my favourite - sadly not often in the UK. My glass is always half full. Love to laugh and be made to laugh. Motivator, encourager, practical, organiser but happy to have all that done for me too. Widowed since 2023. Two children - 1 in USA and 1 local (and sadly 1 RIP) and 8 grandchildren....... Someone who can make me laugh and enjoy being cherished and share activities but equally happy for each to do our own thing - easily comfortable in company or alone, quiet or noisy. An interest in cooking would be welcome but not compulsory. Enjoys good banter, has a good SOH , enjoys concerts, sport, etc. DIY skills would be a bonus! Cares about what he looks like - not a fashion icon but dresses smartly and well and cares about his personal hygiene.
