I like to be outdoors and active, the wilder and more pristine the environment the more I am at peace. Preserving our natural environment is important to me and I invest time and effort in this. In contrast I love evenings out and have eclectic cultural tastes. My sense of humour tends to be dark, but I am incapable of watching a horror film. I socialise a lot but I am happy with my own company also. I have been lucky enough to travel widely and well but with heightened awareness of our carbon footprint I am looking for more creative ways to journey (Electric bike was the way I got to Orkney this summer).
