About her
I consider myself a positive, trustworthy and adventurous lady with a good sense of humour. I retired last year from a very fulfilling and happy career in Healthcare management - the last 20 years as a self employed advisor. Health and fitness is a priority and my activities include pilates, yoga and gym and country, coastal and lower level hill walking. The Scottish weather does not phase me -I have the walking boots and wellies. I have enjoyed fishing in the past and want to now improve my skills.
I am involved with 2 charities and volunteer with one 2 mornings a week.
My family are the most important part of my life. I am divorced and have children.
My interests are varied and include Theatre, Concerts, Art exhibitions. I am learning to play Bridge and love reading. I am lucky to live in Edinburgh and indulge in the Edinburgh International Festival and Fringe Festival. I enjoy cooking and entertaining. I love travel both far and wide and hopping on a plane for weekends in European cities.
I am spontaneous, will drop everything if needed for family and friends . I can also drop everything for a romantic dinner, night at the opera or a weekend in Paris .
