I am many different things so what can I say? I'm affectionate, thoughtful and a good listener. I enjoy spending time with friends and also value times for my own space. I like to laugh, am not afraid to cry, and know how to navigate challenges with honesty, self- awareness and kindness.
I have eclectic interests but creative arts, music and connecting with nature top the list. Daily dog walks keep me grounded, physically fit and remind me of my place in the world. I try to care for the earth and other people in my everyday life choices. I love to be by the sea when I can - for walks, just being and sometimes to have my breath taken away by a bracing swim! I approach life creatively, expect the unexpected and value small things that bring joy.
Things I really enjoy: textile art and crafts, music (playing and listening), gardening, good (vegetarian) food and fresh coffee. For exercise I love walking, cycling, 5 rhythms dance, yoga and swimming, although I don't do them all regularly. There's so much more....

Natural connection and easy conversation are really the thing - I don't know exactly who or what that might look like. I guess someone interesting - and interested. Some creative, musical or other shared interests would be lovely, but your own interests are important too. I value self-awareness, warmth and kindness.
