Hi there.... something of a brave new world for me is this, so here goes!
Kind, caring, loyal, romantic and worldly, with a very young-at-heart mentality. I have a huge passion for music, art, food and travel with a strong desire to explore all life's opportunities.
An old-school gentleman at heart with a modern outlook and appetite for life that is underpinned by a strong moral compass and good old fashioned values.
People who know me say I am considerate, affectionate and thoughtful, putting others first and possessing a singular sense of humour - and yes, that includes dad jokes, lol !!!
Otherwise, I am single, solvent, retired yet active, and very adventurous. I also have a life-long passion for music across most styles, playing and singing live in a band and going to concerts of all types. I do have a serious, considered side to me that enjoys art, history, literature and philosophy. Something of a mean cook and I am pretty good at DIY for good measure. And yes, I do write poetry too - badly.
