I’m not very photogenic! I don’t think I’ve ever had a photograph of myself that I’ve liked, so the profile picture I have put up I don’t think does me any favours! Just wanted to get this clarified because I wouldn’t be surprised if the picture is as far as you get before just moving on to someone else. However if you can put the photo to one side then this is me.
I have been single for a couple of years now. I wasn’t sure about embarking on any type of relationship/friendship for some time but have decided to see if there’s someone out there who I could break my fast for; I’m curious and this is my first time using online site-I only ever have done the old fashioned face to face style. I think I’m good to be with, I enjoy taking care of myself and think my birth certificate doesn’t really reflect who I am - can’t believe I’m 61yrs old when I still feel 30 years old. I am open to anything be it just a regular friendship for coffee/diy; anything else is a bonus.

I’m looking for someone who enjoys talking, enjoys spending time asking questions and is curious - I worked as a psychiatric nurse in NHS for 30 years so have got a lot of communication skills that I enjoy being used. I haven’t got a type; I was brought up surrounded by women so am happy just being in women’s company. I have no expectations currently, I just think I could bring something extra to the right women be that as a friend or otherwise
Since retiring from NHS, I now manage a local gym manager and work as a personal trainer- if you fancy doing a bit of boxing, some burpees or getting better at deadlifting i could be the person you are looking for. I enjoy music and will happily spend hours debating the best Clash or Rolling Stones album if you want to; it’s “London Calling” if you are interested! I have got a lot left in my tank and think I could give real value to the person who wants to spend some time getting to know me. I’m very patient and don’t tend to jump into things/situations. I like the long game and am prepared to play it if it feels it could be worthwhile. I own a Campervan which I bought a few years ago and am looking at finally using over the coming months to explore the UK and possibly beyond. There’s room for a passenger if you fancy joining me.
