About her
I am 72 going on 45 with an outgoing personality & my friends think I am fun to be with though I am equally happy with my own company. I like to laugh a lot & would like to meet someone with a good sense of humour who also likes to laugh. I am a very positive person & although retired, keep myself fit & active, both physically & mentally, by jiving, walking, socialising, theatre trips, foreign travel ( recent holidays include USA, Australia, where I climbed Sydney Harbour Bridge (!), New Zealand, India & South Africa), art appreciation, eating in & out with friends, listening to music (classical, country, jazz, 60's) etc. I was until recently a Rotarian & am a member of NADFAS & the U3A. Prior to retiring, I was a businesswoman with a demanding job, which I found exhilrating.
I have 2 children - a son (36) in Australia, & a daughter (38) who is a vet in the Midlands & 2 granddaughters Emily (4) & Jess (2).
I would like to meet someone to share my activities, be a good friend & make me laugh, is fun to be with, who has an attractive personality, scrubs up well, is taller than me & has his own hair!

My ideal match is an easygoing, confident man with a good sense of humour who can make me laugh. Someone intelligent who enjoys dining in or out, travel, the theatre & being outdoors. Looks are relatively unimportant so long as he has the confidence to carry off what nature gave him! I prefer gentlemen to be taller than me but I have no objection to a few extra pounds.
