..I am recently divorced after 45 years of marriage but being apositive and .gregarious person ha vedecided that this is the time to make new friends and make new inroads into all the aspects of life that I have hitherto been too busy to do.i love my time spent in th leisure centre and take aweekly exercise class in an vain attempt to keep off the pounds which seem to appear at this time of life..(.Iam 5ft 5 and weigh just under 11 stone!s) even though i am very active...love dancing...and singing ,,and of course love listening to classic fm .My favourite composer is Tchaikovsky.also becoming a recent convert to the music of Vaughan Williams.As a retired teacher I now Ilove travelling out of school holidays and am a great Francophile as I speak a bit of french but my aim now that i am retired is to see as much of the world as is financially possible...My favourite holidays are self catering with a littleadventure thrown in...i dont like to be too organised....I feel that I am free spirit H oping to hear from some other free spirit who shares my aspirations ......

I would like to meet some one. who has retired so that we both have time. I prefer to be with people who have worked in a similar setting to myself in a professional capacity and can speak well also is interested in travel and history.I have never smoked so prefer a non smoker but I enjoy a glass of wine in the evening so dont mind a"drinker"I am aspiritualist but dont mind if he has no religion but he must be tolerant towards my belief as it is very precious to me.Finally my ideal man would be musical and enjoy singing and dancing but this is not essential .
