I like to swim in the mornings - good start to the day. Then I hope to get some sense of fullfillment or achievement - either personal or work related. A perfect (or near perfect) day would be balanced with activities.
Hopefully this would include playing some sport or having a drink with some friends in the evening. Maybe also enjoying some music before hopefully getting a good nights sleep content in the knowlege that i had helped somebody in some small way -perhaps through mentoring.
