I'm a successful London professional... I enjoy all London has to offer and you'll usually find me out and about rather than sitting on the couch. Spent my childhood in South Africa, moved to London in '89 and have also lived in Boston. Have tramped around many countries ... but there are many more to see and I need someone to explore them with.
I'm an accountant by training but am currently taking a (probably permanent) career break and enjoying a balance of travelling the world and time at home, so I have lots of time to give to a special person in my life. My partner would need to be up for travelling, hopefully for extended periods.
I enjoy the huge variety of life in London and my particular passion is live music, especially classical, jazz, opera, latin and "les chansons francaises", and I go to a live event at least once a week. I can dance a decent jive, love exploring London's fabulous restaurants, can tell a bordeaux from a burgundy, rustle up a mean moroccan chicken and make the world's best chocolate martini! I keep fit by taking long walks, doing yoga/ pilates, and rowing in the gym. I love exploring Europe, and enjoy holidays which combine relaxation with some activity (walking, cycling, swimming, wine tasting ....), preferably including the sea, music, good cuisine and huge sunsets. I have just returned from five weeks in Japan, two months in India, and a month in Venice learning Italian; would you like to hear about it?
