I am young at heart with a quirky sense of humour; even my grandchildren think I am their equal and they are only 6 and 4. I love travel as I have a very curious mind regarding most things and love exploring. I have been to N & S America, Europe, M.East and a bit of the Far East and Africa. So much to see still but it would be lovely to do it with a likeminded partner. I love reading and of course classical music...especially opera. Just seen "La forza del destino" at Holland Park and thoroughly enjoyed it. I have lots of very good friends and enjoy evenings out with them. Trying different cuisines is also a passion. I love the arts and try to take in most exhibitions. History is also a passion and I really enjoy visiting sites of historical interest.
