I'm a quiet guy, I love fiction and RPGs, play board games pretty often and occasionally dabbling in pre-PS3 era video games. If any of that is something you're enthusiastic about you'll find good company with me. Like almost everyone else I like music, but none of that rubbish in the charts- rock, metal and classical are more my kind of thing.
If you're tired of hearing everyone having the same conforming opinions I'd be nice change of pace.

I'm looking for someone I can really talk to, for either just friendship or a relationship.
Someone who is kind and thoughtful, not self centered.
If you enjoy nerdy hobbies like books, anime, manga, video games, etc, there's a good chance we'll have something to talk about. But beware, I'm not generally a fan of what seems to be popular now- not a hipster, just not a fan of watered down mush made for too broad appeal. My disdain for the biggest exemplars of that, Harry Potter and the Marvel films, will not make me friends here I imagine.
Do I need someone as jaded as myself or a more optimistic counterbalance?
I'd love to just move into a log cabin in the wilderness.
