About her
I am a fun-loving woman who enjoys life, keen to have new experiences and has a good sense of humour. Friends describe me as warm, sincere and very supportive. I am easy going, approachable and easy to talk to - so I'm told! I am happy in my own company but equally enjoy good company. I do Ballroom and Latin dancing and also play the violin in an amateur orchestra. Work is spent treating people's aches and pains and sports injuries. I like to keep generally fit, and enjoy walking. I can ski, but not very well!! I am interested in the arts and history, and love visiting stately homes and cathedrals etc. I am a member of the NT. I love travelling, learning about and experiencing new cultures. I enjoy going to the Ballet and to classical music concerts, but also enjoy a variety of other entertainments such as Flamenco, Argentine Tango, musicals and plays. I enjoy nature and walking in the countryside. I am, though, up for trying out anything new. I completed a short course in Interior Design a few years ago.
I believe that we are here to enjoy life. Too much time is spent worrying about the future and thinking about the past. We only have the present, and we only live once, so enjoy it. Any spare time is spent taking myself off for a few days to explore either this country or abroad.
Although, I am content enjoying life on my own, it would be so much more enjoyable to share the experience with somone special.

I will know when I meet him! I don't think I believe in love at first sight, but there will definitely be some je ne sais quoi at first sight! I don't feel that too much time should be wasted communicating by email.......
Having said that, I am looking for someone who is easy going and enjoys life, who has the same ideals. He must be able to communicate and express emotions, is sincere and honest!! I admire drive and ambition but not to the extreme of it taking over one's life, so he has to have a good work-leisure balance. Keeping relatively fit and healthy are important. He should enjoy the out doors and have a sense of humour. He must be willing to support and encourage me on my many endeavours.
Other qualities I am seeking are understanding, open-mindedness, and consideration. I love the occassional, or more, romantic gesture! He also has to make me laugh!
The perfect date would be dining out, enjoying good food with stimulating conversation. But for the first date meeting for a coffee or a meal would be ideal.
