I have enjoyed an interesting, eventful life, and maybe the best years are yet to come? Classically trained (Clarinet) age 15, I became a progressive rock musician at age 21 (tenor & baritone sax) performing and recording on stage, radio, film and TV, achieving a number one hit record in Switzerland. These days I enjoy my work as a freelance health & lifestyle coach. Although passionate about my subject, I'm not a food or fitness fanatic and have no dietary restrictions.
