I have moved back to Essex after 20 years in Australia and I work as a special needs teacher. Also have 2 grown kids and try to keep up with them. I travel as much as I can and enjoy going out with friends and family. I used to play lots of sport but look after my back now I'm in my 50s!
I think Im fairly quiet but social and enjoy most things. The most important quality a person can have is honesty and then generally am able to trust them. We dont get to this age without many ups and downs but the past is history and I enjoy every day. No one knows what is going to happen tomorrow so dont worry about that, be your best today.
Even if today is not as perfect as you want it to be feel good in the knowledge that you havent intentionally hurt someone else's feelings.
