About her
I am a retired lady who is at present settling down to enjoy life after becoming a widow in late 2007.
I was married for 30years; from this relationship I gained a stepdaughter and now have 3 grand children and 2 great grand children
My friends have been extremely delighted and astonished how well I have managed to turn around my life in this time. The changes they say are wonderful to see and are pleased that I can now go forward with confidence
The following activities are the thing I have being doing:
My interests are music of a classical kind enjoy going to both opera, ballet, and other musical shows I travel at home and aboard to attend live performances. Photography another hobby, I was a member of camera club years ago, have gone onto digital and at present am Group Leader for my local U3A Photo group (which I have recently joined.) This has lead to me going back to basics and gaining loads of interest, then being able to transfer onto my computer, then moving to the techniques of how to produce photographic work and shows.
I love to travel, the previous interests gives me a large scope of places I like to visit and other old interest get covered as well. There are still many other things I wish to following up, and am enjoying the journey in finding a new life style.
I have now reached the stage where I should like to meet a travelling companion to help make all this more enjoyable.
