Hi,
I've joined this website hopefully to meet new friends and if anything else develops then it would be a bonus.
Briefly, I would describe myself as an outdoors type of person. I like to keep fit and enjoy activities such as running, riding my horse, swimming, cycling (although my bike is out of action currently) and I belong to the gym; but don't really go to the gym much! I completed the GNR last year. I've got a horse and a dog and I love animals generally and that's why I don't eat meat. I like to savour the odd glass of red here and there.
I like being in the countryside and nature and the simple things in life. love Cornwall and the Lake District and particularly like walking the fells. I also enjoy short breaks to interesting towns and I like London and exhibitions/museums/theatre etc and short breaks abroad. I like lots of different kinds of music but my favourites at the moment are Coldplay and Ben Howard, amongst others. I'm not really religious and would say that I would favour a buddhist philosophy. I like good conversation, intellectual debate, analysing, although I'm quite laid back. I like to have fun and make the most of life.

It would be good if I met someone who is an outdoors type of person. Who enjoys keeping fit and trying to eat healthily and conscious of what they eat. But also who enjoys the odd glass or two of wine. Someone who is fun and a bit crazy. Someone who enjoys being in the outdoors and also likes trips / adventures. Who enjoys nature and being at one with nature and likes walking in the Lakes or Cornwall or anywhere. Someone who is quite laid back and doesn't have radical viewpoints.
