I had a good marriage and one other marvellous serious relationship. Neither ran full course unfortunately - third time lucky????
I'm not looking to relive or replace either. Anyone visualising the idyllic return of a passed bliss or a perfect future just wouldn't work with me. But no disrespect and mountains of luck to anyone thinking that way.
Snuggling up by a log fire, walking arm in arm into a sunset, crisp linen sheets, fabulous foreign holidays, cosy intimate meals, instant 'click'/chemistry. What's not to like? BUT, though I'm far from lacking passion and zest for me I set the bar at jointly having fun and a cooler less intense connection (at least as a start!). But heck! if I felt any instant firecrackers lighting particularly two way I be charging forward.
I'm much travelled through work and leisure - incl. Africa, Far East and South America - and now very happy with what I've got and where I am. Content with a cooler more considered life. Though far from done-with in every relationship sense - partner permitting.
Always had, and now cultivate an interest in literature in general and poetry in particular - Betjama, Carol Ann Duffy, Oscar Wilde, Auden, Robert Frost - the full list is long. Trips to RSC always a joy. These days I focus an even mix of mind and body fulfilment.
Important in which is a love of dance (especially Ballroom/Latin and Argentine Tango) and to answer the obvious question 'Yes I do have regular partners but we're well established as "STRICLY BALLROOM". It would be unlikely (but not impossible) that any relationship would work unless a partner was a dancer of some sort or at least keen to start. I teach Argentine Tango as a hobby and visit Bs As regularly. I would love to reciprocate and share 'your' passion(s) in return. PS photos from two years back and earlier.
