Cooking a meal for family or friends using fresh herbs and fruit from the garden or berries foraged from the neighbouring fields. All washed down with a glass of Frascati, perhaps?
Taking a break from the long UK winter to chase the new world summer sun of New Zealand, or maybe exploring the old world treasures of the Mediterranean. Italy and France spring to mind.
