I see myself as an adventurous, optimistic and independent professional woman and mum to 3 grown up sons. I love travelling and have sought out different types of experience as a traveller: chasing Sykes monkeys through coastal forest in Watamu to observe them; surveying the coral reefs of the Musandam peninsula in Oman and being a general dogsbody on a research boat in the Ligurian Sea observing whales and dolphins. I love the outdoor life and the natural world, so office life can be a struggle. I enjoy all sorts of music, but sing classical stuff such as the songs of Richard Strauss, Mozart and Handel. I love skiing not just for the sport but for the magic of winter in the mountains. All in all I have found magic in so many areas of my life and feel truly very lucky to hav had the opportunities I have had. Sometimes it would be nice to share that magic .....
